Senior Transportation Supervisor

About the role

As a Senior Supervisor, Transportation at RXO, you will act as a change agent for the team. You’ll help ensure that important organizational initiatives and solutions are successfully implemented, maintained, and improved when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale implementations
• Oversee and lead change management initiatives and provide continuing post-implementation support
• Define business problems, identify solutions, and provide analysis and recommendations
• Work with internal departments, develop documented implementation plans and schedules, assist with implementation, and provide post-implementation feedback/support
• Conduct scheduled progress reviews on all current projects
• Provide customer support management for internal and external clients according to customer management process, using tools such as the action item list, progress report, etc.
• Design and/or report methodology for ongoing operations
• Ensure that both internal and external client issues are addressed in a timely manner

Requirements

• 3 years of experience with implementations in the transportation or logistics industry
• Experience in 2 or more of the following disciplines: supply chain management, transportation, or distribution
• Project management experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Visio, Access and Project)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent planning, client support, communication, and organizational skills
