Senior Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead the company training team to deliver comprehensive training on product offerings
• Create and manage training materials across multiple platforms
• Ensure training content is current and aligned with product updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support user training and product updates
• Act as a liaison for customer feedback to influence product development

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in training development and management for complex products
• Proven background in planning and delivering training programs
• Onsite work required in Costa Mesa, CA; remote work is not an option
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including to hazardous areas
• Eligibility for a U.S. Secret security clearance

$113,000 – $149,000 annually
