As a member of our team, you will:

• Find and attract the world's best talent to our clients
• Utilize a range of deep sourcing techniques to find passive candidates, including LinkedIn and other outside-the-box sourcing strategies
• Work with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
• Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
• Focus on recruiting great people across technical disciplines

Requirements

• 4-8 years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast-paced environment, including experience filling niche roles
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing skills, experience with Boolean
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the total yearly compensation range for an individual contributor at Talentful is $82,000–$135,700 USD.

Our offers consider a variety of factors, including unique skill sets, specific expertise or certifications, and business/organizational needs. It is not typical for us to hire talent at the top of the range, as we prioritize allowing all employees the opportunity to develop and feel rewarded over time.
