Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top-tier technical talent across various engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and company referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Developing and executing targeted recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective recruitment campaigns
• Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
• Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level engineers and developers
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with ATS systems and other recruitment technologies

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Experience with AI tools in the recruitment process
• Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and best practices
