Software Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities

• Resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment.
• Create systems that address the most difficult challenges faced by the US Government.
• Use latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies to solve client's toughest issues.
• Ensure the solution developed by the team aligns with current architecture and future functionality.
• Work with technical teams to improve development processes and standards.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Software Engineering experience supporting similar programs.
• Experience with complex software systems, analytics, real-time systems, and large-scale data environments.
• Skills in software design, development, testing, debugging, integration, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of algorithm development and implementation to meet functional and performance requirements.
• Experience with database design, data repositories, and complex query/interface development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and design methodologies.
• Experience with requirements analysis, system engineering principles, and COTS/GOTS integration strategies.
• Ability to lead technical teams, review software documentation, and improve development processes and standards.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
