Software Engineer, Senior
Job Description
Sets up and implements programs and projects. Makes significant contributions to departmental goals and planning efforts.
- Builds innovative, robust, and efficient software solutions as a major contributor to a team
- Participates in overall functional strategic planning
- Investigates and resolves defects related to the developed software systems
- Oversees the quality of test activities during the release of products to production
- Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
- 8+ years of related professional experience
- Proficiency in object-oriented software design, containerization, and CI/CD deployments
- Advanced subject matter expertise in software engineering
- Advanced technical and operational proficiency in software engineering
- Advanced written and oral communications skills
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, under pressure and/or deadlines
- Proficient in developing software in one or more operating systems environment (Windows, Linux, etc)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Advanced time management and organizational skills

- A SECRET Clearance (or higher preferred)
Pay
$112,200.00 - $196,400.00
