About the role

6-month contract position supporting our CSG (Customer Success/ProServices Group) team to deliver top candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a cross-collaborative setting, directly impacting the delivery of candidates from our Recruiting team into open opportunities across the AMER organization.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across our Technology, Customer Success, and Professional Services organizations
• Source and engage candidates through inbound and outbound channels, partnering with our Talent Attraction team to manage sourced pipelines
• Proactively identify, pipeline, and qualify talent based on job requirements, business priorities, and defined competencies
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies that fill current openings while building a robust, future-ready candidate pipeline
• Partner closely with business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent efficiently
• Collaborate with sourcing partners, recruiting coordinators, and peer advisors to deliver an efficient, high-touch candidate experience
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and senior stakeholders — pushing back when needed, advising on tradeoffs, and bringing data and market intelligence that sharpens hiring decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting technology and/or professional services roles within a large, matrixed organization
• Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, to drive hiring outcomes
• Strong track record of delivering against goals in fast-paced, high-volume environments with a high bar for execution
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities under pressure
• Consultative, data-informed approach — bringing market intelligence, competitive insights, and pipeline analytics to every hiring manager conversation
• Proficiency with AI recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and related technologies (Workday and Slack experience highly preferred)

Pay

The typical base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $142,300 annually. The range represents base salary only and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, as applicable.
