Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

As an early recruiter at Rowspace, you'll help build the talent engine that powers our next phase of growth from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we hire, who we hire, and what it means to join Rowspace.

What You'll Do

• Build talent pipelines and processes from the ground up
• Recruit, source, and close technical and non-technical talent to help us grow our mission
• Work closely with technical and non-technical hiring managers to translate their needs into job descriptions and interview processes that attract candidates
• Help shape Rowspace's employer brand in the market

What You Have

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally working at a high-growth startup environment
• Comfortable evaluating engineering pipelines and partnering with technical hiring managers
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to drive recruiting workflow automation and increase recruiting productivity
• Strong instincts for talent by assessing for both skills and culture fit, and you know the difference between the two
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and moving fast without sacrificing candidate or hiring manager experience
• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (Ashby knowledge is a plus)
• Experience recruiting for GTM or finance-adjacent roles is a plus
• Genuine curiosity about the financial technology or AI space
