Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to coordinate with clients and stakeholders, identify resource gaps, and source suitable technical profiles to meet project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Elicit position requirements by collaborating with technical teams and delivery managers to source suitable profiles.
• Publish and promote job openings in technological forums (e.g., GitHub), application tracking systems (e.g., Stack Overflow), and traditional methodologies.
• Screen candidates to assess communication skills, experiential history, and fit for the role while explaining the hiring process.
• Coordinate with delivery managers, technical teams, and HR to evaluate profile suitability for position requirements.
• Conduct reference and background verification checks for finalized candidates and report results to HR and leadership.
• Maintain ongoing communication with technical teams, hiring managers, and HRBP to evaluate new hire and existing employee performance.
• Conduct periodic meetings with leadership, technical teams, and HRBP to align hiring strategies with current technology trends.
• Organize and conduct workshops at engineering schools and technology institutes to counsel students on current technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology Management, Engineering Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
