As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner directly with hiring teams to source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent. This hybrid position plays a critical role in supporting cutting-edge MedTech initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive full life-cycle recruiting for specialized, highly technical roles and leadership positions.
• Partner consultatively with hiring managers to define job needs and formulate sourcing strategies.
• Leverage market insights to advise teams on talent landscapes and candidate availability.
• Manage candidate communications, interviews, and offer negotiations to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years dedicated to sourcing and hiring technical positions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Austin, TX 1 day per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior recruiting experience within MedTech, robotics, or medical device sectors.
• Track record of hiring senior individual contributors through Director-level roles.
• Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and talent sourcing tools.

Pay

$34.20 – 39.20 per hour
