You are an experienced IT recruiter (with 6+ years of experience) who will join a successful team of hardworking and fun professionals.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn InMail, professional networks, and job boards such as Monster.
• Attend industry meetups and provide market expertise.
• Conduct market research on compensation to advise clients on salary competitiveness.
• Manage the offer and onboarding process once a candidate accepts a position.
• Prioritize multiple functions and tasks in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT recruiting experience (full‑desk experience is a strong plus).
• Passionate about recruiting and stays current with industry news and trends.
• Highly ambitious with strong initiative and independent thinking.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Pay

Compensation: $55,000+/year
