Despite advancements in technology, many health systems struggle to fully automate these tasks, leading to reliance on outdated, labor-intensive procedures. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building a team that supports Luminai's mission to enhance healthcare efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions – Engineering, Product, and Design
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and create effective job descriptions
- Develop sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview scheduling
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in recruiting for high-growth technology companies, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector. Strong skills in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing, including negotiation of offers and building relationships, are essential. Effective collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders, along with a passion for fostering a positive candidate experience, are also key.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby)
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, across various time zones
- Passion for creating a dynamic and inclusive workplace
- Experience with healthcare hiring is a plus

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $120K - $180K.
