What You’ll Do
- Full-cycle recruiting for engineering — from cold outreach to interviews to building a team from scratch.
- Process design: data-driven pipelines, scorecards, and metrics that scale with headcount.
- Candidate experience: engage with each candidate actively and with care to leave a strong impression and reflect our values.
- Collaborative hiring: work with Founders, rest of team, agencies to drive hiring strategy based on growth goals.
- Storytelling: pitch Giga’s mission so convincingly that top talent can’t walk away
Who You Are / Must-Haves
- Bring 5+ years closing hard-to-find technical talent with measurable wins.
