What You Bring to the Table
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally.
- Own the entire R&D req load end to end — intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview design, close, and offer negotiation — operating with full autonomy and accountability for the funnel.
- Strong sourcing muscle: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that converts.
- Proven track record hiring backend engineers, platform engineers, security researchers, technical product managers in B2B SaaS and Security Startups.
- Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domains.
- Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent.
- A clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
