Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding support.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical and niche positions.
  • Sources candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct search methods.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
  • Screens resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
  • Coincide interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed recommendations.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and support offer management activities.
  • Aid with onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
  • Recruit for roles across software development, data engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and project management domains.
  • Conduct talent mapping and competitor hiring analysis.
  • Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases within ATS platforms.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and conversion rates.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams on upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Participate in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices.
  • Support diversity hiring and talent community-building initiatives.
  • Share sourcing strategies and market insights with internal recruitment teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
  • Continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.
  • Adapt recruitment strategies based on business priorities and market conditions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • MBA in Human Resources, Business Management, Talent Management, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, LinkedIn Recruiting, Workforce Planning, or related areas will be considered an added advantage.
