Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technical and niche positions.
- Sources candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and direct search methods.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates for specialized technical roles.
- Screens resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Coincide interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Assess candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural fit.
- Present qualified candidate profiles to hiring managers with detailed recommendations.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation packages and support offer management activities.
- Aid with onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Recruit for roles across software development, data engineering, artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and project management domains.
- Conduct talent mapping and competitor hiring analysis.
- Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases within ATS platforms.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pipeline strength, and conversion rates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams on upcoming hiring requirements.
- Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Participate in employer branding and talent attraction campaigns.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruitment drives.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices.
- Support diversity hiring and talent community-building initiatives.
- Share sourcing strategies and market insights with internal recruitment teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
- Continuously improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring quality.
- Adapt recruitment strategies based on business priorities and market conditions.

- Certifications in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Human Resources, LinkedIn Recruiting, Workforce Planning, or related areas will be considered an added advantage.
