Senior Technical Project & Product Manager

About the role

Savas Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Project & Product Manager to lead product development and project management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from concept to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize features based on business goals and user needs.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and company objectives, and drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with key partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
