Senior Technical Project & Product Manager

About the role

Savas Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Project & Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from concept to launch
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product features and roadmaps
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or project management
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with product development in a fast-paced startup environment
• Knowledge of data analysis and market research techniques
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
