About the role
Savas Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Project & Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience in product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects from concept to launch
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment across teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate them into product features and roadmaps
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or project management
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with product development in a fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of data analysis and market research techniques
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting
Skills
- Technical proficiency in software development languages and tools
