Senior Product Manager, Technical
Scope & Scale
The F&I Office is pivotal in making deals profitable. It ensures the right loan, products, and presentation turn a thin deal into a profitable one or prevent losses. The role involves managing partnerships with lenders, aftermarket products, e-signature providers, document management systems, and lender funding platforms. The platform processes over $2B in vehicle transactions annually.
Requirements
Own the product vision and roadmap for lending, F&I menu, and contract management, grounded in dealer research, lender feedback, compliance requirements, and usage data.
Drive AI-first product thinking across lending, product, and contract workflows, defining how agent architectures can optimize processes and translate into cost-per-transaction.
Engage with dealers, F&I directors, and partners to validate product direction and ensure submission specs, decisioning flows, document formats, and funding handoffs remain current and reliable.
Manage lender, aftermarket product, e-signature, document, and lender funding partner relationships end-to-end, ensuring submission specs, decisioning flows, contract and document formats, invoice reconciliation, signing integrations, and funding handoffs stay current and reliable.
Lead phased rollouts with feature flags, per-dealer enablement, and cohort-based graduation from shadow mode to production for AI agents.
Define and monitor KPIs that prove the product is working, such as lender approval rates, submission and document error rates, eSignature completion rates, time-to-fund, chargeback reductions, compliance audit pass rates, dealer NPS impact, and product MRR contribution.
Surface technical debt and hold teams accountable to latency, reliability, and scalability as product requirements, not afterthoughts.
Participate in design reviews and identify technical risks that could compromise regulatory posture, contract validity, or document integrity.
Translate complex lending, compliance, and AI concepts into compelling narratives for dealers, executives, and engineering teams.
Use AI tools like Claude daily for PRD drafting, lender analysis, dealer research synthesis, and executive narrative creation.
