Senior Technical Project Manager - CRM

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager - CRM to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, and deliver regular updates on value delivery
• Assist in team development and remove work roadblocks to enhance project capacity
• Support the Product Owner in managing stakeholder communications and project governance
• Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives for Agile Project Management
• Promote team engagement and empower members to contribute meaningfully to projects

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience with strong leadership capabilities
• Solid understanding of various project management methodologies, particularly Agile and traditional practices
• Experience with CRM systems, messaging tools, and project management software like Jira and Microsoft Project
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective stakeholder engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently through various stages of the project life-cycle
• BA or BS in a related field is required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Proven experience in developing and implementing operational processes
