About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex IT projects and enterprise technology programs from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths using MS Project and/or similar tools.
- Manage Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams, Business stakeholders, and technical leaders to drive delivery.
- Manage RAID logs covering risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation plans.
- Identify delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
- Track project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, expenses, and financial performance.
- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical program management, or technology delivery.
- Strong experience managing enterprise IT programs and complex technical projects.
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with Jira for Agile project and delivery management.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project) or equivalent project planning tools.
- Proven experience managing RAID logs, project dependencies, risks, issues, and change management.
- Strong experience with project financials, budgets, forecasting, and resource management.
- Experience managing vendors, third-party partners, contracts, and deliverables.
- Strong experience preparing executive presentations, dashboards, status reports, and steering committee updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience.
Skills
- PMP and Scrum Master certifications are preferred.
