Senior Technical Product Manager
About the role
At Endor Labs, building the most technically rigorous and developer-friendly AppSec platform (AURI) requires product leaders who can go deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll own the definition and delivery of AI product capabilities across Endor's platform, specifically the integration and connection of our Application Security features into the AI developer tooling.
Responsibilities
- Own the definition and delivery of AI product capabilities across Endor's platform, specifically the integration and connection of our Application Security features into the AI developer tooling.
- Enhance Endor's agentic platform – define which agents to build, which tools to add, keeping in mind the trade-offs between cost and latency.
- Work with engineering, from ideation and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
- Define and prioritize features, working closely with product marketing, sales enablement, and other teams to develop messaging and positioning for product launches, and create materials to support the sales team.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance, identify opportunities, and measure the success of the product area.
Requirements
Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms
Experience with modern developer workflows (CI/CD, IDEs, source code analysis); familiarity with application security concepts is a plus
Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems, including defining workflows, guardrails, and success metrics
Ability to go deep technically while maintaining strong product judgment and execution focus
Proven ability to partner credibly with engineering, sales engineers, and customers

Benefits
Compensation: For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the compensation is expected to be between $180,000 - $240,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as commissions, stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
