Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in structural inspections and technical management
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Experience managing inspection tasks, liaising with clients and government agencies, and directing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within a general framework
• Experience with detailed inspection report production and review
• Experience with proposal preparation, budgeting, scheduling, and project profitability
• Experience with technical societies and attending meetings or events outside of normal working hours
• Experience with health and safety procedures and practices
