About the role

As a Team Leader-Senior within our Bottling Operations environment, you will guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work cross-functionally to support production, logistics, and operational excellence initiatives, creating alignment across departments and ensuring strong communication throughout all levels of the organization. You’ll apply your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset to drive efficiency, influence decision-making, and help shape operational strategies.

This role plays a crucial part in safety leadership—anticipating risks, supporting investigations, and modeling the behaviors that promote an environment where team members can perform at their best. Responsibilities

  • Guide and develop a high-performing team in a bottling operations environment.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally to support production, logistics, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Drive efficiency and influence decision-making using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Lead safety initiatives, anticipate risks, and support investigations.
  • Mentor emerging leaders and coordinate cross-functional projects.
  • Improve standard work to ensure consistent quality and operational readiness.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing practices.
  • Lead high-performance work teams and motivate them to achieve plan goals.
  • Use a production work management system.
  • Manage environmental, health, and safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Manage Quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
  • Travel to company offices, sites, and meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events up to 5% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of production, operations, or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of military operations and leadership experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
  • High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of production, operations, or logistics experience.
  • 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • 2 years of technical production/operations or technical maintenance experience.
  • Required to work any assigned shift.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 4 years of production, operations, or logistics experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management plus 5 years of manufacturing operations management or logistics operations management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience; demonstrates team building, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay

$92,790 - $139,230 per year. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.

Schedule

Nights, 2-2-3 schedule (5:30 PM - 6:00 AM).
