About the role
Responsible for leading a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications. Must possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software solutions based on project specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers
- Debug and maintain existing software applications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Knowledge of database design and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
