About the Role

The Senior Talent Partner – University Recruitment/Early Careers will develop and manage the university recruiting program, from initial campus engagement through sourcing, hiring, and onboarding interns and early-career professionals. This role focuses on building a sustainable pipeline of early talent for full-time positions while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring alignment with academic recruiting timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies targeting relevant universities and academic programs.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and student events to strengthen the employer brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career services, faculty members, and student organizations.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internship programs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to define internship roles and manage program timelines.
  • Create systems to track candidates and support intern-to-full-time conversion initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on recruiting metrics, including pipeline performance, offer acceptance rates, and intern satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in university recruiting, early-career recruiting, or managing high-volume recruiting programs.
  • Proven ability to manage recruitment programs involving multiple stakeholders while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with students, faculty members, hiring managers, and executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in data-driven recruiting and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and campus recruiting tools.
  • Preferred: Experience building early-career recruiting programs from the ground up.
  • Preferred: Experience recruiting for technical or scientific roles.
  • Preferred: Existing relationships with university career centers or STEM student organizations.

Pay

The approximate base salary range for this position is $97,123 to $126,652 USD per year. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus opportunities, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation will vary based on education, qualifications, experience, location, and market data.
