Key Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, define candidate requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical (STEM), and leadership (up to and including executive level) positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Recruit across multiple functions and levels (from individual contributor to executive) while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and support hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and extend offers, facilitate candidate negotiations, and partner with HR and hiring leaders throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Partner with external search firms and recruiting agencies for hard-to-fill and specialized positions, establishing clear expectations, managing candidate submissions, and evaluating partner effectiveness.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting professional, technical, and corporate functions
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across a variety of disciplines, such as Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, or other professional functions
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to understand diverse business functions and job requirements and translate them into effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and partnering effectively with HR stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
  • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer management skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with recruitment technologies, ATS platforms, Microsoft Office, and related HR systems

Additional Information

Hiring Range: At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $80,000-$100,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
