About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels while partnering closely with hiring leaders and maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and screen qualified candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, feedback, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and applicant tracking data while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functions, levels, and business disciplines.
  • Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and assess talent.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach to recruiting and onboarding.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
