Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
• Screens applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
• Cook up interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting records

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Pay

$65,000 to $85,000
