Responsibilities
- Strategically source candidates for various types of corporate roles, with a primary focus on Engineering and other technical roles, as well as GTM, Marketing and others.
- Source passive top talent that fit the requirements for both skill and compensation.
- Conduct successful phone screens interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter out top talent that is a match for our requirements.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude as it pertains to the requisition.
- Work with a sense of urgency to move your positions to close by fully owning and managing the process and communication flow.
- Own the compensation analysis for any given role, the compensation discussion, and potentially close of each candidate.
- Act as a point of contact and strong representation of the brand, and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process, building pipelines and networks as you work.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in partnership with the Hiring Managers.
- Be a strong business partner to the Hiring Managers and Leadership Team, partnering with them to strategically build their teams successfully.
- Apply recruiting best practices consistently, partnering with hiring managers to keep the process on track and escalating persistent gaps to TA leadership.
- Partner on consistently improving the overall recruiting process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter).
- Experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, Data) within a high-tech company (required).
- Clearly understands the role requirements across technical and other corporate functions.
- Extensive experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Sourcing sites, specifically, Ashby (or similar) and LinkedIn.
- Ability to successfully manage compensation conversations, analysis and presentation to candidates with a high close rate.
- Excellent communication skills, and professionalism, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Comfortable with a metrics-driven role.
- Professional, process-oriented, internally-motivated, and driven to succeed (can-do attitude).
Qualifications
- Education: BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Communication, Business or other.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in ATS and sourcing platforms like Ashby or LinkedIn.
- Experience with compensation analysis and negotiation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay
$75,000 - $95,000 + Quarterly Variable Bonus
