About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment and job placement activities of SBM, working closely with senior leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies.
Responsibilities
Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.
Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.
Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.
Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.
Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.
Qualifications
Experienced with hiring multiple roles across departments and organizations.
Confident in presenting active and passive talent to senior leadership and executives.
Strategic and adaptable to learn and own portfolios across fields to hire optimal industry-specific talent.
