Responsibilities

  • Managing the full cycle of Talent Acquisition globally for the business.
  • Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs.
  • Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community.
  • Support the interview and selection process, including partnering with local HR representatives in various offices.
  • Aid in maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordination within the HR team during the onboarding process.
  • Produce and analyze TA reports, reach conclusions, or make recommendations to achieve business goals.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and TA functional performance.
  • Manage workforce planning activities, including forecast histograms, and staffing plans.
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Support broader HR initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Typically, 5-10 years since first degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition role.
  • BS in Business (HR Management) or equivalent certification/experience preferred.
  • Experience in the EPC industry desired.

Pay

Compensation Range: 86,400 USD/Year to 108,000 USD/Year
