Responsibilities
- Managing the full cycle of Talent Acquisition globally for the business.
- Research, source (using referrals, data mining and internet resources), evaluate resumes, conduct screening interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for current and projected hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand lines of business and hiring needs.
- Partner with HR to provide best practices and customer service to hiring community.
- Support the interview and selection process, including partnering with local HR representatives in various offices.
- Aid in maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and coordination within the HR team during the onboarding process.
- Produce and analyze TA reports, reach conclusions, or make recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of HR department and TA functional performance.
- Manage workforce planning activities, including forecast histograms, and staffing plans.
- Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Support broader HR initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications
- Typically, 5-10 years since first degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years in a Talent Acquisition role.
- BS in Business (HR Management) or equivalent certification/experience preferred.
- Experience in the EPC industry desired.

Pay
Compensation Range: 86,400 USD/Year to 108,000 USD/Year
