Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting initiatives, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top talent efficiently.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements, responsibilities, success criteria, and hiring strategies.
- Develop effective job descriptions, candidate scorecards, and structured evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines from initial sourcing through final hiring decisions.
- Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through outbound recruiting strategies, referrals, job platforms, and creative sourcing methods.
- Manage inbound applicants with speed and professionalism while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Represent the organization as a trusted ambassador in the talent market and strengthen employer branding efforts.
- Prepare hiring managers for interviews, support effective evaluations, and drive timely decision-making.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Monitor hiring progress, identify process challenges, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Continuously analyze recruiting outcomes, learn from successes and challenges, and optimize hiring practices.
Requirements
- Experienced talent acquisition professional with a proven ability to recruit exceptional candidates in fast-paced technology environments.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, partnering with senior stakeholders, and building scalable recruiting processes.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions, including Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, or similar teams.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing high-quality candidates.
- Experience using ATS platforms, with Greenhouse experience preferred.
- Experience handling candidate discussions related to compensation, benefits, paid time off, immigration, and employment considerations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting data to improve processes and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Interest in leveraging technology and data to improve recruiting efficiency.
- Culturally curious, collaborative, coachable, and able to incorporate feedback effectively.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
