About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at RTX, you will lead high-volume recruitment efforts by developing and executing targeted strategies to source, attract, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience. This position works closely with Total Rewards, Human Resources, and hiring manager partners to achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for full life cycle recruiting, ensuring compliance with Raytheon and Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulations.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source, screen, and select qualified candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including Labor Relations, HR, and Total Rewards to ensure compliance and alignment.
  • Ensure clear communication and follow-through to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience with full life cycle recruitment in a Department of Defense (DOD) environment, including Engineering talent with security clearances.
  • Experience with the Workday Recruiting platform.
  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US-only data systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing hard-to-find engineering professionals across different technical disciplines.
  • Demonstrated relationship building, client management, and influencing skills.
  • Passion for the candidate experience and representing the RTX brand throughout the talent lifecycle.
  • Understanding of employment law principles and DOD compliance regulations.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Schedule

This position is designated as remote. Employees in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
