Responsibilities
- Sources, screens, and performs preliminary interviews on potential candidates.
- Captures and edits employment requisitions, tracks and reports data on staffing plans, and builds and manages Employment Staffing Plans.
- Coordinates site interviews with hiring managers, makes contingent employment offers, and conducts operational and administrative portions of the hire process.
- Supports project-based hiring, manages multiple priorities, and serves as the point of contact for internal partners.
- Builds and updates job descriptions, coordinates re-deployment initiatives, and assists in building and managing Employment Staffing Plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with recent experience in engineering recruitment within the nuclear power industry.
- Direct experience recruiting for disciplines such as I&C, electrical, mechanical, and civil/structural engineering, with a focus on plant modifications, design engineering, and system upgrades.
- Experience supporting design packages, field walkdowns, system ownership, and familiarity with NRC regulations and nuclear plant operations.
- Experience recruiting for digital controls, legacy system upgrades, and instrumentation/control systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and support business leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing experience with demonstrated success identifying and engaging passive candidates through multiple channels.
- High sense of urgency with strong follow-up, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ATS systems quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
Skills
- Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Engineering recruitment, particularly in nuclear power industry.
- Experience with digital controls, legacy system upgrades, and instrumentation/control systems.
- Ability to work independently and support business leaders and hiring managers.
- Strong sourcing and engagement skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
