Brief Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Recruiting: Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms for various roles
  • Screens resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop a recruitment strategy tailored to the specific needs of each department
  • Building a Pipeline: Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs by proactively engaging with industry groups, professionals and passive candidates
  • Identify, coordinate, and manage attendance at college career fairs
  • Managing the Hiring Process: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to extending job offers and assisting with onboarding
  • Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth interview process
  • Job Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks to better attract and retain top talent
  • Employer Branding: Promote Middleburg as an employer of choice within the multifamily housing industry, showcasing our culture, values, and commitment to excellence
