About the role

This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team, HR, and business leaders to deliver a seamless and efficient hiring experience. The Senior Coordinator will manage all logistics related to the interview process, including scheduling phone and on-site interviews, coordinating candidate travel, processing expenses, and supporting administrative tasks throughout the end-to-end interview workflow. You’ll also provide broader administrative and data support across all TA functions, helping drive efficiency for the team and its leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies and hiring needs
  • Schedule phone, in-person, and virtual interviews for hiring managers and interview teams
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates
  • Process candidate reimbursements in accordance with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely data within TA systems and tools
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required to support end-to-end hiring
  • Work effectively with teams across all U.S. time zones

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, customer service, or related administrative support function
  • Experience managing high-volume interview scheduling and coordinating multiple calendars across time zones
  • Experience learning and applying new systems, processes, or procedures as business needs change

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior work experience as a Human Resources specialist/administrator
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to utilize HR systems such as Workday
  • Ability to understand and comply with Raytheon policies and procedures and Security functions
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure with accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of teams and individuals across an organization

Pay

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD. The range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
