Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing and assessing candidates
  • Conducting salary analyses
  • Coaching hiring managers
  • Contributing to internal projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, communications or another relevant program of study
  • At least ten (15) years of talent acquisition experience, including minimum of 8 years as corporate Recruiter
  • Experience in corporate recruiting
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Asset: Bilingual (English and Spanish), both spoken and written
  • Asset: Mastery of Spanish (spoken and written)
