About the role

Join us as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor within our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team. You will primarily support hourly & salary recruitment for our manufacturing facilities based at our Corporate HQ in Dallas, TX. Secondary office options are available in Monroe, NC (Charlotte), Cudahy, WI (Milwaukee), and Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high-touch and positive candidate experience
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
  • Phone screen candidates to build a strong candidate pool
  • Build talent pools/pipelines
  • Drive adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process
  • Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies through various sourcing channels
  • Deliver high-quality candidate management through ATS (ADP RM)
  • Create and deliver competency-based interview guides and assessment formats
  • Provide service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication
  • Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition
  • Adhere to performance goals and standards
  • Attend and coordinate campus recruitment activities
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles
  • At least three years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical, and high-volume production / manufacturing roles in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in metals, materials, or aerospace & defense
  • Experience using an ATS system such as ADP RM
  • Experience with Excel, data, reporting, and analytics
