Join us at ATI, where we're hiring high performers as proven as our products. We're currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor within our Shared Services Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high-touch and positive candidate experience
  • Consistently brand ATI in the marketplace
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies and execute on those strategies
  • Phone screen candidates to ensure a strong candidate pool and quality of hire
  • Build talent pools/pipelines
  • Drive adherence and consistency in the recruitment and interview process
  • Conduct hiring strategy discussions with hiring managers
  • Define the best go-to market strategy and execute relevant sourcing activities
  • Deliver high quality candidate management through our ATS (ADP RM)
  • Partners with hiring teams on creating and delivering competency-based interview guides and assessment formats
  • Provide strong service delivery to hiring managers through frequent communication
  • Participate in or lead talent special projects within talent acquisition
  • Adhere to performance goals and standards
  • Attend networking and professional events, as well as career fairs
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
  • Produce reports on performance metrics and measurements
  • May participate in on-site face to face interviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least three years of full life-cycle corporate recruiting experience for exempt engineering, technical, and high-volume production / manufacturing roles
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, at least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for engineering, technical and high-volume production / manufacturing roles
  • Preferred: At least seven years of full life-cycle recruiting experience for exempt/non-exempt engineering, technical, and manufacturing roles
  • Preferred: Recruiting experience in metals, materials, or aerospace & defense
  • Preferred: Combined experience in corporate recruiting as well as external agency recruitment
  • Preferred: Experience using an ATS system such as ADP RM in a process driven and data driven environment
  • Preferred: Experience with Excel, data, reporting and analytics
