Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, Engineering

Join BBA and leverage your expertise to work as part of our global talent acquisition team, supporting U.S. business objectives by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent. You’ll act as a trusted advisor in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with an exceptional team committed to knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies
• Sourcing and assessing candidates
• Conducting salary analyses
• Coaching hiring managers
• Contributing to internal projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial relations, communications or another relevant program of study
• At least ten (15) years of talent acquisition experience, including minimum of 8 years as corporate Recruiter
• Experience in corporate recruiting
• Strong knowledge of best practices for candidate sourcing
• Ability to handle several files simultaneously

• Asset: Bilingual (English and Spanish), both spoken and written
• Asset: Mastery of Spanish (spoken and written)
