Senior Systems Specialist, FP&A

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

About the role

This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for the EPM Solution (Pigment)
• Maintain FP&A integrations with connected applications like NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce
• Evaluate business processes and develop improvements for FP&A tooling
• Create and manage issues within the project roadmap and resolve them promptly
• Manage user tickets, provide technical support, and troubleshoot bugs
• Administer user licenses and ensure data integrity for the EPM Solution
• Document application processes and deliver instructional materials for users

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and implementing EPM solutions
• Proven experience in developing models for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs
• A solution-oriented personality with strong collaboration and communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Pay

$114,500 – $154,900 annually
