Senior Systems Specialist

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sr. Systems Specialist to join our property management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our property management technology stack, with a strong focus on Entrata. You will be responsible for system configuration, user support, data integrity, process optimization, and cross-departmental training to ensure our platforms operate at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Entrata Administration
  • Serve as a system administrator for the Entrata platform across all managed properties
  • Configure and maintain property settings, unit/lease templates, workflows, and user permissions
  • Manage integrations between Entrata and third-party platforms (e.g., ILS, screening, payment processors)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with Entrata support
• Systems & Technology Management
  • Administer and support additional tools in the technology stack, which may include: Yardi and various other systems
• Training & Support
  • Develop and deliver system training programs for onsite and corporate staff
  • Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and quick-reference documentation
  • Provide ongoing technical support and serve as a Tier 1 for staff

Qualifications

• Required
  • 2+ years of experience in property management systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with Entrata
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 suite
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to train non-technical users with patience and clarity
• Preferred
  • Experience with additional PMS platforms (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio)
  • Familiarity with SQL, data querying, or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience supporting multi-site or large-scale residential property portfolios
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices
  • Entrata certification or formal training credentials

Work Environment

This position requires occasional travel to managed properties for system audits, training, and onboarding. A hybrid schedule may be available following the onboarding period.
