About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition to results measurement
  • Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product launches and MVP execution
  • Analyze operational and member experience data to identify root causes and actionable insights
  • Design and refine internal processes and workflows for the Consumer Support and Provider teams
  • Collaborate with Product teams to represent operations and enhance member experience
  • Develop reporting infrastructure to monitor operational health and support data-driven decisions

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical role
  • Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company; healthcare or consumer product experience a plus
  • Strong analytical skills: experienced with large datasets and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or BI tools
  • Proven history of managing projects from beginning to end
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous conditions and make informed assumptions
  • Builder's mentality focused on process improvement
  • Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences
  • High ownership and low ego in both strategic and execution tasks
  • Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflows and automation

Pay

$123,000 – $140,000 annually
