About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-functional operational projects from problem definition to results measurement
- Drive operational readiness for new Consumer product launches and MVP execution
- Analyze operational and member experience data to identify root causes and actionable insights
- Design and refine internal processes and workflows for the Consumer Support and Provider teams
- Collaborate with Product teams to represent operations and enhance member experience
- Develop reporting infrastructure to monitor operational health and support data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- 2-5 years in operations, strategy & ops, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Experience at a startup or high-growth tech company; healthcare or consumer product experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills: experienced with large datasets and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, SQL or BI tools
- Proven history of managing projects from beginning to end
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous conditions and make informed assumptions
- Builder's mentality focused on process improvement
- Effective communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences
- High ownership and low ego in both strategic and execution tasks
- Proficiency with AI tools to enhance workflows and automation

Pay
$123,000 – $140,000 annually
