Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst

About the role
This remote-friendly role supports the Capital and Global Services Organizations with Pricing & Deal Analytics and Reporting. You will analyze revenue and profitability of Capital Deals, Service Agreements, and related offerings, identify opportunities to expand, cross-sell, and up-sell Hologic Products, and contribute to standard revenue reporting for customers and sales management. The position focuses on protecting and enhancing business margins by evaluating profitability levers such as services, prices, solutions, and terms and conditions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on deal approval and analysis with Sales to ensure proper pricing governance and revenue uplift.
- Develop rigorous, error-proof analysis while identifying emerging patterns, trends, and insights across offers.
- Apply commercial judgment to balance customer value, competitive dynamics, and Hologic profitability.
- Provide regular and ad hoc analyses and reporting for Sales and Leadership.
- Support the development and maintenance of Capital and Service Pricing architecture.
- Analyze and track competitive pricing trends across the portfolio.
- Identify and resolve issues around reporting and associated business processes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to perform willingness-to-pay studies and analytics.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with Sales, product & service Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and business leaders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of related business experience.
- Minimum of a BS/BA in a quantitative discipline such as Business, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Economics.

- Expert-level Excel and business intelligence/visualization software (e.g., QlikSense, QlikView).
- Knowledge of Oracle and SalesForce reporting is desirable.
- Self-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on competitive dynamics, economic goals, and customer needs.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with the ability to explain complex analyses in simplified terms.
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis.
Pay
The annualized base salary range for this role is $97,300 to $130,000, with bonus eligibility. Final compensation depends on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
