About the role
The Senior Staff Representative - Instructional Design position is responsible for designing and developing learning interventions, including instructor-led and eLearning courses using Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Methodology. Manages the design of training resources needed to effectively train the organization. Core Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
- Updates instructional guides and reference materials.
- Propose improvements to curriculum content and delivery, communication, and documentation processes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to support training content design and project implementation.
- Support Learning Management System processes, including session management, audience visibility, participant enrollment, and assessments.
- Provide technical and procedural support for training subjects and issues.
- Apply learning principles and instructional design frameworks (such as ADDIE) to create scalable, high-impact curricula that drive behavior change, accelerate leadership pipeline growth, and align with organizational strategy.
- Support assessment and evaluation steps of the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate) process through survey creation and administration.
- Design and develop programs including instructor-led training, eLearning modules and blended learning experiences that build core competencies across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of learning design and/or learning development experience
- Up to 25% domestic travel as needed
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in creating learning experiences across multiple delivery modalities including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches
- Proven ability to align learning and development initiatives with organizational objectives and business outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in developing curriculum and designing experiential learning activities
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, facilitators, technology partners, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency in instructional design tools including Articulate 360, Genially, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

- Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem solving.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
Schedule
This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
