Senior / Staff Nurse (NUH Renal)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering haemodialysis (HD) treatment, including the assessment and management of vascular access (A-V fistula, graft, or catheter).
• Provide peritoneal dialysis (PD) treatment, specialized training, and assessment for patients and caregivers to handle dialysis at home.
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs during treatments, administer medications, and assist with doctor rounds.
• Educate patients and caregivers on vascular access care, diet, and self-management.
• Ensure safety and compliance with infection control protocols, maintain dialysis equipment, and manage water quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and treatment data.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.
• Dialysis experience preferred, but candidates without relevant experience but with strong interest in nephrology may be considered.
• Open to cross-rotation within renal areas.

Schedule

3 rotating shifts.
