Senior / Staff Nurse (NUH Renal)

Haemodialysis Care: Demonstrate proficiency in delivering HD treatment, including the assessment and management of vascular access (A-V fistula, graft, or catheter).Peritoneal Dialysis Management: Provide PD treatment, specialized training, and assessment for patients and caregivers to handle dialysis at home.Clinical Duties: Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs during treatments, administer medications, and assist with doctor rounds.Patient Education: Educate patients/caregivers on vascular access care, diet, and self-management.Safety & Quality: Ensure safety and compliance with infection control protocols, maintain dialysis equipment, and manage water quality assurance.Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and treatment data.Registered Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license.Dialysis experience preferred but candidates without relevant experience but has strong interests in nephrology can be considered.Candidates should be open to cross rotation within renal areas.Able to work 3 rotating shifts
