About the role

This full-time, day-shift nursing role is based in Nashville, TN, within the Renal Medical department at a Midtown facility. It involves performing and monitoring peritoneal and hemodialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and managing complications. The nurse educates patients and families about care and recognizes signs needing medical attention, providing comprehensive nursing care to renal and non-renal patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor peritoneal and hemodialysis treatments

Requirements

• RN licensure from the Tennessee Board of Nursing
• BLS certification within 30 days
• At least 6 months of acute care experience preferred
