Registered Nurse - Renal

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients with acute and chronic kidney conditions.
• Administer medications and renal treatments, monitor patient status, and respond to clinical changes.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Experience or knowledge in renal care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
