Senior Specialist, Corporate Communications

About the role

Axos is seeking a strategic and highly organized Sr. Specialist, Corporate Communications, to help lead internal communications planning, governance, executive support, and enterprise channel management. This role will ensure employees and team members receive timely, relevant, and coordinated communications about Axos’ business priorities, performance, culture, strategic initiatives, and organizational developments. The Sr. Specialist will own the internal communications operating rhythm across key channels, including the monthly colleague newsletter, Staffbase email, intranet, internal editorial planning, and communications governance. The ideal candidate is a strong strategic thinker and program manager who can understand business priorities, identify communication needs, build effective communication plans, coordinate stakeholders, and manage execution from intake through measurement. This person should be comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support content development and productivity, while applying sound judgment, protecting confidential information, and ensuring all communications are accurate, appropriate, and aligned with Axos standards. This is not primarily a copywriting role. It is a strategic communications role
