Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Loans Enablement

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Loans Enablement role is located in Pittsburgh. This role involves providing complex analytics and reporting services, managing external client issues, advising other organizational units, participating in product development, and supporting lower-level client processing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex analytics and reporting services, improving and automating Client Processing systems.
• Manages moderate to complex external client issues.
• Directly advises other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Meets with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are being addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner.
• Participates in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing.
• Solves complex problems based on system intricacies and industry standards.
• Supports lower-level client processing roles.
• May allocate and check work of other team members and perform supervisory review, training, and approval actions.
• Contributes to team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of total work experience, with prior syndicated loan experience, familiarity with loans servicing, ClearPar, and LSTA preferred.
• Prior hands-on brokerage processing experience in a financial service setting preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
• Detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload.
• Familiarity with technical applications, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5-7 years of total work experience, with relevant experience in loans servicing, brokerage processing, and similar roles.
• Experience with ClearPar, LSTA, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
